Quality in Elkem Materials is recognised as a key success factor in order to obtain and maintain satisfied customers.
In order to achieve this goal, we base our work upon the following four principles:
1. Quality is Elkem's priority.
This means that whenever we are making a decision between quality, scheduling and cost, quality will always come first.
2. Customer satisfaction is our goal. In order to achieve this goal, we must become closer to our customers so we can truly measure their satisfaction. We will keep in mind that just because a customer doesn't complain doesn't mean he is satisfied.
3. Strive to deliver error-free.
This means:
- perfection in all aspects of the business
- meeting the customers' requirements
- prevention rather than detection
4. Competitive products and Services on time
We must be best in performance, schedule and cost and we must benchmark ourselves against competition.
